Reputation of the brand and solidity of the company are among the reasons for the award

RIVALTA DI TORINO 11/05/2023 – Avio Aero is one of the three companies awarded with the Randstad Employer Brand 2023, the recognition assigned by Randstad on the basis of independent research which measures the level of attractiveness of Italian companies perceived by potential employees. A result that the company has achieved thanks to its positioning on: brand reputation, financial solidity and job security.

In Italy, the survey involved almost 7,000 people aged between 18 and 64 out of a sample of 150 companies. The research highlighted how work-life balance, a pleasant working atmosphere and salary are, for 2023, determining factors in choosing the company to work for.
